1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game VX Monster published by VitthalX Studio (the “Appâ€).

2. Scope
This policy explains how the App accesses, collects, uses, shares, and stores information from or about users (including device information), consistent with Google Play’s User Data requirements for a publicly accessible privacy policy.
3. Information we collect or process
Depending on how you use the App and your consent choices, the following may be processed:
3.1 Data stored on your device (local)
- Game progress and settings (for example stage unlocks, upgrades, run state, preferences)
- Entitlement flags such as Remove Ads purchase status stored locally after a successful purchase
- Tutorial / first-run flags
This local save data is used to operate the game on your device.
3.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads)
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show ads (for example banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open formats), unless you have purchased Remove Ads.
As a result of advertising, Google and advertising partners may process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers (for example Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Device and app technical information
- Information about ad interactions and ad performance
- Data used to show ads, measure ads, personalize ads where allowed, and help detect fraud or invalid traffic
Third parties may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or similar technologies in connection with serving ads.

3.3 Analytics and crash reporting (when enabled)
When analytics / crash reporting services are enabled in a release build (for example Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), we may process anonymous or pseudonymous gameplay and diagnostic information such as:
- App events (for example run start/end, purchases, ad impressions, boss kills)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- Device/app version information needed to diagnose issues
These are used to understand gameplay, improve stability, and operate the App.
3.4 Purchases (Google Play Billing)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google processes payment information under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We may receive purchase tokens / product identifiers needed to unlock Remove Ads or grant in-game currency.
3.5 Consent records (EU / UK and similar regions)
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for ads and related processing. Your consent choice affects whether personalized ads may be shown.
4. How we use information
- To provide and maintain gameplay, saves, and settings
- To show ads and measure advertising (unless Remove Ads is active)
- To process and fulfill in-app purchases
- To analyze usage and fix crashes (when analytics/crash tools are enabled)
- To comply with law and platform policies, and to prevent fraud/abuse
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
Information may be shared with:
- Google (AdMob / ads, Play Billing, and related Google services)
- Service providers that help us operate analytics or crash reporting when enabled
- Authorities when required by valid legal process
Third-party SDKs process data under their own policies. Review Google’s partner information pages linked above for advertising-related processing.
6. Your choices (ads and privacy)
- In-app consent (where shown): You can respond to the consent form presented by UMP. You may also be able to manage privacy options from device / in-app settings where available.
- Opt out of personalized ads (Google): https://adssettings.google.com/
- Android advertising ID: You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (wording varies by Android version).
- Remove Ads: Purchasing Remove Ads disables ad formats in the App as implemented in the product.
7. Data security
We aim to handle personal and sensitive user data securely. Network communications with Google and similar services use modern transport security (HTTPS / platform secure channels). Local save data remains on your device unless you back it up through your own device backup tools.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Local game data: Stored on your device until you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or otherwise delete local storage.
- Advertising / analytics data: Retained by Google or analytics providers according to their retention practices and your consent settings.
- Purchase records: Purchase history is primarily managed by Google Play.
The App does not require creating a VitthalX Studio account. If you want help deleting local progress or have a privacy request, contact vitthalgupta007@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Children
VX Monster is a general-audience game and is not directed to children as a “Designed for Families†/ child-directed product. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International users
If you use the App from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with privacy laws, additional rights may apply (for example access, correction, deletion, or objection), subject to those laws. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Where required, we rely on consent for personalized advertising via UMP.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated†date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you should review the revised policy.
