Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or playing VX Monster (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

VitthalX Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to Google Play’s terms and these Terms.

3. In-app purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (for example Remove Ads and virtual currency packs) processed by Google Play. Purchases are final except where required by applicable law or Google Play’s refund policies. Remove Ads disables ad formats in the App as implemented and may include one free revive per run as described in the product.

4. Ads

Unless Remove Ads is active, the App may show ads via Google AdMob. Advertising and consent practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or related services
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to interfere with other players’ experience or our systems

6. Updates and changes

We may update gameplay, balance, features, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
